De Meermakers acted in the role of interim HR managers helping to build the E-commerce logistics centre that drives the online strategy of Nextail / Blokker B.V..

  • Setting up solid HR support in collaboration with mother organization Blokker Holding B.V. and Blokker BV.
  • Set up an independent set of employment terms and conditions for Retail Logistics B.V. in consultation with the COR van Blokker Holding B.V.,
  • Attract and on-board the new Site Manager
  • Supervising the transition of the existing population from working during ‘office’ times to a new e-commerce environment in ’24 -7 ‘services.
  • Attract junior HR BP and HR Manager to whom a well-running HR operation could be transferred.
